If you've done some research, you will probably agree that it is easy to be overwhelmed with the amount of information (and misinformation) that exists on this topic. As a professionally trained chef I have been able to work around my own food intolerances (dairy, gluten, soy, legumes, nuts), and I am here to share the knowledge I have gained researching, developing, and testing foods and recipes over the past 10 years. The good news is that all it takes is a little guidance and a few simple adjustments to bring your diet back into balance.
I look forward to connecting with you, your family members, and friends, so book one of our sessions today!

Dedicated to Mom & Dad
This site is dedicated to my parents. Always supportive, always ready to try something new. Dad was in charge of breakfast ever since I can remember (coco bacon anyone?), and Mom will always be my culinary hero (seen here with my youngest niece).
Merci à vous deux - je vous aime!
